Group training at OHPT is not like any other group training program. We split the training week with 2x lower body, upper body and HIIT workouts with lots of focus on progressive overload and training with intensity. We also have the option to have a hybrid online and group training membership to give you flexibility with your training.
This a very personal way to train at OHPT with one of our amazing personal trainers. If you are wanting to train by yourself, wanting to focus on something specific or just wanting that personal experience... this type of training is for you!
