Anyone and everyone is welcome to to join us on a Saturday morning at OHPT!
You do not have to be a current member at OHPT to book in for bootcamp. No matter what age, gender or fitness level you can join us!
Our Saturday Bootcamp is always a fun and challenging HIIT workout!

EVERY SATURDAY
7:00-8:00am
Cost= $15
or FREE for unlimited group clients
You are required to book in via the link below.
What to bring:
A sweat towel & drink bottle
Please arrive 10mins early to your first session to complete a injuries/medical condition form.
