I have been a personal trainer for almost 6 years and prior to this was coaching both National & International level Sport Aerobic athletes. I additionally am a Certified Pre & Postnatal Coach. I am passionate about teaching the importance of moving your body, training properly & creating the healthiest and happiest lifestyle for yourself!
As the coaching team grows at OHPT my love for training people has not changed! It’s my FAV part about OHPT and you will never not have me as a trainer!! I will continue to write all group workouts and will always be available to you all. OHPT is my baby, and I am so lucky to be able to grow the team, but it will forever be my passion!
Nathan is not only a knowledgeable and experienced trainer but also a registered physiotherapist plus has a Batchelor in Exercise and Sports Science. He has more than 6 years’ experience as a trainer and has a world of knowledge to share. Nathan additionally offers his physiotherapy services within the gym. Phoebe is a qualified personal trainer who runs both group & PT sessions at OHPT. Phoebe has a passion for helping others, educating, and pushing every client to achieve their absolute best. Phoebe knows what it takes to achieved your goals & will guide, educate and support you to help you to reach yours.
Ruby is a qualified personal trainer and is the ultimate hype girl at OHPT. Ruby runs group sessions at OHPT plus has her own personal training clients. Ruby loves helping clients take those first steps in the gym and watching them unleash a new confident version of themself.
