Our Group Training is a mixture of strength and functional training.
We focus on building strong, healthy, and functional bodies!!
Our progam is desgined for you to get stronger, to move better, to build muscle with a hit of cardio to ensure you also are getting fitter. We work in 4 week training blocks where you repeat specific lifts every week & focus on progressing with these lifts.
Every week you will have the opoortunity to compete 2x lower, 2x upper body, 1x full body and 1x HIIT workout.
OHPT is for everyBODY!! So don’t worry if you have never lifted a weight in your life, we teach you everything you need to know!
Our group sessions are also capped at 20 people to make them a more intimate experience. All coaches are more than happy to change the program to suit your needs, injuries and abilities so your workout can be personalized just for you.
There are 2 membership options for group clients (plus the males only session)!

This is a hybrid membership that allows you to train in our amazing group sessions AS MANY times as you want per week within the gym (including Saturday bootcamp) plus have access to all workouts via our workout app. This means you have the opportunity to train on your own but still stay on track with your training. Additionally, you will be able to track your weights via our workout app to ensure you are progressively overloading as you work through the training block.
COST = $55 per week
This membership allows you to train 2x per week (Monday – Friday) within the gym.
You will be able to book in for different time/days each week.
This does NOT include Saturday boot camp, but you can still book in to attend this separately.
COST = $35 per week
This class if for MALES ONLY & is ran by our male Coach Nathan.
You have the option to sign up with one of the other group membership options (unlimited or part time) which also allow you to attend this session. However, if you ONLY want to sign up for this 1x boys only session you can!
This session runs every Tuesday 5:30-6:30pm and swaps between upper, lower and HIIT workouts.
COST= $20 for the 1x males only session per week
