Look no further than our personal training sessions at OHPT! This is where the magic happens, where you'll experience the ultimate tailored workout experience.
When you opt for personal training, you get the opportunity to work one-on-one with a qualified trainer who will design a program exclusively for you. This program will be based on your specific goals, exercise history, current fitness and strength levels, and any limitations.
Our PT sessions are delivered on the upper level of our gym which makes it private from the rest of the gym. Our PT space is filled with both free weight and machines.
PT sessions are great for ALL however can be really beneficial for those who are new to the gym, nervous about group training, has injuries or specific goals.
You also also turn your PT session into buddy sessions by training with a friend or family member.
Coaches Olivia & Coach Phoebe are currently taking on new personal training clients which definitely doesn't happen all of the time!
